How is JobSpri Consultancy different from Naukri or LinkedIn?

Naukri and LinkedIn sell access — you still do all the sourcing, screening, and follow-up yourself. We do all of that for you. You only receive pre-screened, interested candidates. You pay on hire, not on posting.

What fee models do you support?

We support two models: (1) Percentage of CTC — typically 10% of the candidate's first-year CTC, and (2) Fixed per role — a flat amount per position irrespective of the CTC. We agree on the model before starting any mandate.

How long does it take to get the first shortlist?

Typically 12–18 business days from when the mandate is confirmed and the JD is signed off. For niche/senior roles it may take 25–30 days.

What is the 90-day replacement guarantee?

If the candidate we placed resigns or is let go within 90 days of joining (for reasons attributable to fit, not company restructuring), we re-source and fill the role at no extra cost.

Can you handle bulk / volume hiring?

Yes. For 10+ positions, we offer volume pricing on a fixed-per-hire basis. We have dedicated ops capacity for BPO, retail, and manufacturing bulk hiring.
